This character is based off of a design by an awsome concept artists named "fridtjof olsen". He's a German Electrician that uses a super magnet for a weapon. He also has a sidekick dog named the "12th" which I will be working on soon. The 12th has a helmet which Lex uses to attach his magnet too, then he swings the 12th around like a weapon in its own.
